BOOKING, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Payment:
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. Final balances are due 120 days before the trip start date, unless otherwise specified for each trip, and are also non-refundable. Please ensure your availability before committing.

If we do not receive your balance by the due date and cannot reach you using your provided contact information, your deposit will be forfeited and  we will offer your spot to someone on the wait list.

Cancellation Policy:
Joe Subolefsky Photography LLC, Joe Subolefsky, and/or Wildshutter Adventures reserves the right to cancel or modify any trip, tour, or workshop due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances that may affect safety or trip quality. In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be refunded in full.

However, we are not responsible for any third-party expenses incurred by participants, including but not limited to airfare, travel services, or any other related fees.

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances:
No refunds will be issued for delays or cancellations due to weather or other unforeseen events before, during, or after the workshop. Joe Subolefsky Photography LLC, Joe Subolefsky, and/or Wildshutter Adventures is not responsible for any additional expenses resulting from such events, including but not limited to flight delays, visa issues, scheduling conflicts, or other travel disruptions.

Liability & Participant Responsibility:
By attending, you agree to hold Joe Subolefsky Photography LLC, Joe Subolefsky, and/or Wildshutter Adventures, including its owners and employees, harmless for any personal injury or loss occurring during or related to the trip.

This is a self-led travel experience; you are solely responsible for your safety at all times, including transportation. We do not assume liability for carpooling.

By registering, you confirm that you are in good health and have no conditions that could endanger yourself or others. Know your physical limits and do not exceed them. It is your responsibility to determine whether a location is safe and suitable for you.

All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward the instructor and fellow attendees at all times. Rude, disruptive, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. One warning will be issued; continued misconduct will result in immediate removal from the group without refund. You will be solely responsible for arranging and covering the cost of your departure.

These trips are meant to be enjoyable for everyone—please act accordingly.
